This project, located in the Pearl Brewery district of San Antonio, TX, was originally intended to be a 48-unit townhome project. However, we accepted an offer to sell the undeveloped land to a large multifamily developer who assembled a group of adjacent parcels, including our site. The sale successfully closed in fall 2021.
