This project was originally intended to be a 38-unit condo project. However, we accepted an attractive offer to sell the undeveloped land to a large multifamily developer who assembled a group of adjacent parcels, including our site. The sale successfully closed in fall 2020. All of the Fund’s $1.4 million investment, as well as a healthy profit was returned to Seville Capital.
