Delivering between 250 and 500 urban condominium and townhouses per year, Prével Urbain develops large-scale urban projects in the heart of Montreal. Projects currently in development include Lowney sur Ville, 21e arrondissementBassins du Havre and Union Park.


Through joint ventures with real estate developers and builders who share Prével’s values and philosophy, Prével Alliance develops medium-density residential projects in the suburbs of Montreal. Its current projects are located in St. Constant, Longueuil, Rosemont and Villeray.
